Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note the following non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Personalized or monogrammed products (e.g., engraved writing instruments).
- Opened packages of notebooks or planners that show signs of use.
How to Initiate a Return
Since we do not have a customer portal for automated returns, please follow these simple steps:

- In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
