Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

WriteDouce currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your stationery essentials are delivered safely. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days before the item is handed to the carrier. Standard Shipping delivery times vary by destination:

• Domestic (United States): 5-10 business days after processing.
• International: 10-20 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs & Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the destination address. The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you encounter any issues entering your address at checkout, it may indicate we are currently unable to deliver to your location. For clarification, please email [email protected] before placing your order.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. WriteDouce is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order to a corrected address. Refunds for returned undeliverable packages will be issued for the product cost, minus the original shipping charges.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, and the delivery location (e.g., apartment office).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to WriteDouce. We cannot predict or advise on what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
