1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the WriteDouce website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including Writing Instruments, Notebooks & Planners, and Filing & Organization supplies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. WriteDouce reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of WriteDouce or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "WriteDouce" name and logo, and all related product and service names, are proprietary trademarks of WriteDouce. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing WriteDouce's name or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by WriteDouce.

4. Limitation of Liability

WriteDouce and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to WriteDouce in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit. For any questions regarding returns or refunds, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning an item.

6. Modifications to Terms and Service

WriteDouce reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
